  • What are your standard function hours?

    Standard function time is 6 PM to 10:30 PM

  • Can the standard function times be extended?

    Yes, we can extend the function time until midnight with prior approval and a late night fee of $500.

  • How many people can the venue fit?

    The venue holds up to 80 guests, however the downstairs area can be booked with a $500 fee to allow a capacity of 120 people.

  • Is HeyDays airconditioned?

    Yes, we have a big air-condition installed to allow cooling in all areas.

  • Can HeyDays offer BYO alcohol?

    We are a licensed venue and therefore we do not offer BYO alcohol. However, we offer to accomodate special request to provide you your favourite drinks during your event..

  • What audio equipment is available?

    HeyDays has a SONOS all round system installed for music in all areas. Additionally, we offer a Microphone for speeches.

  • We would like to have live music or a DJ?

    Live music or DJ’s always create a good atmosphere during your event. Please inform us if you personally would like to organise someone or if you would like us to do so.

  • Can we have a look at the space?

    Yes, please visit HeyDays during coffee hours from 7 AM to 1 PM anyway to have a look out our venue.

  • What time can we and our vendors setup before the event?

    Setup time is 90 minutes prior to the event start.

  • Does HeyDays allow for outside catering?

    Yes, we do accomodate outside catering or BYO food.

  • Do you have a venue hire?

    No, we do not charge a venue hire. We request a nonrefundable deposit of $500 to reserve your date, which will go towards a bar tab. Additionally, we request a minimum spend of $2000 on a Friday night and $3000 on a Saturday night. Downstairs is an additional $500.

  • What is included in the minimum spend

    The minimum spend includes all drinks purchased during the event additionally to any drink and food packages. The $500 deposit will go towards a bar tab and is inclusive of the minimum spend.

  • Cancellation policy

    In the event of cancellation six weeks before the scheduled date, we will issue a refund for the deposit. However, cancellations made after that timeframe will result in a non-refundable deposit.
